Early Cybertronian History: --- Known only to Unicron and Primus.

The beginning when the universe was at it's infancy stage there was two warriors of Godly powers, Unicron the God of Darkness and Primus the God of Light. When they fought the universe shook, planets exploded, suns imploded. Primus's duty to protect the young lifestain was his weakness, and it made him vulnerable so with his psychical form inert Primus moved the battle to the astral plane. There the final battle between the two gods continued, and Primus was almost at defeat. With Unicron coming in for the kill Primus returned to the psychical world. Once back in the pyshical world both Unicron and Primus were imprisoned in lumps of space junk.

Unicron drifted in space, fueled by his anger and hate. His hatred gave him strength allowing him to restructure his form from within and without. His structuring took him millions and millions of years until he reached planetary proportions, and finally after his final reconstruction Unicron became the first Transformer. Primus was not dormant either, but instead of rebuilding his body he became a habitual world, a world he called Cybertron. Not only did he create this world, he gave this world a population. With his creations able to mimic Unicron's ability to Transformers, and thus the Transformer race was born.

Both Unicron and Primus knew each other's plans. Primus knew that Unicron desired nothing more than the total destruction of the Universe, but Unicron knew how Primus planned to stop his plans. Primus instilled his essance into a genetic matrix that was capable of creating life and destorying Unicron. The Matrix was passed down from leader to leader from times of peace to inevitably war itself.

*Before the Wars* Known to Megatron, Shockwave, Starscream, Ravage, and Optimus Prime.

Before the Great Wars began Cybertron was at peace, but this peace would not last as fuel reserves began to dwindle as the creation of new Transformer life continued unabated. The last Overlord, he was the last in line of Autobots that once ruled over Cybertron, was a testament that Cybertron's people were a hardy race. Natural death was very alien to the Cybertronians, and with the population continuing to grow it was not a surprise to the Autobot Overlord that Cybertron would face a fuel crisis. The old Overlord was concerned about this, and so was the ruling Elders of Cybertron's youngest and largest city of Iacon. They used their powers to try and ration to fuel to Cybertron's less advantage neighbors. Shockwave the ruler of Tarn the second largest city of Cybertron and Starscream the figurehead of the controlling dictators of Vos used there fuel stocks to create and maintain vast armies. With the energy crisis the city states became increasingly tense with another, and Cybertron would soon be facing global warfare.

The Overlord tried to promote an act of good will by using his influence to organize an inter-state-competition of gladiatorial battles. A popular sport among Cybertron with each city putting their finest gladiators to the test. This competition would be a dangerous competition, and it would only open the rift between the city states, particularly Tarn and Iacon. Ravage who at that time was a bodyguard to the Autobot Overlords for generations, watched the fight between Megatron the Champion of Tarn, and the Champion of Iacon Optimus Prime. Ravage saw more to Megatron than just a fighter with lust for combat. The Overlord tried to stop the competition as he saw it was doing more harm than good, but there was other things amiss during the games.

Inside the power plant of Tarn soldiers from Vos were sent to sabotage the plant to destroy the power plant that was Tarn's. The rulers of Vos knew that Tarn would likely go to war with Iacon if they knew that this act of sabotage was done by Iconian Agents. Vos had it's own plans for global conquest, but until Tarn and Iacon were nearly destroyed they would play a neutral party. The saboteurs were unfortunately discovered to be the athletic team of Vos. After the power plant of Tarn went up in a fireball, Tarn declared war on Vos. The Autobot council lead by Emirate Xaaron was at deadlock at what to do with the warring city states, and with floods of Autobot refugees flooding into Iacon that could soon be the breeding ground of a disease that has yet to be conquered.

Traachon one of the Iacon's Military Generals refused to send a peacekeeping force into the cities, and allowed for Tarn and Vos to continue to destroy one another. This would be the downfall of the last stand for peace.

Megatron along with Optimus Prime, Nightstalker, Ravage, and the last Overlord began to trek to Iacon. Megatron had his own agenda for Iacon. But the old Overlord would become a burden for them both, as Optimus Prime left to get help. Megatron, Ravage, and Nightstalker remained to guard the weak Overlord. It would not belong until a small force of Tarn's shock troopers began to move into position. As the smoke settled Nightstalker saw Megatron with a fusion cannon from one of the dead warriors strapped to his arm. As time passed, and despite Megatron's deadly weapon the group found themselves caught between the shock troopers and the impassable expressway. As the only chance for survival Megatron considered using the old Overlord to plug up the hole in the expressway. Nightstalker protested, and threw himself before the shock troopers. Nightstalker soon began to buckle under the onslaught of the troop's relentless blows. As an officer prepared to render Nightstalker non-functional, the entire group of troopers were destroyed in a thunderous explosion. A bomb that all Overlord bodyguards are fitted with as Ravage explained to Megatron. Forgotten in the heat of battle the Overlord begged Megatron for fuel, but both Megatron and Ravage refused. The final sight to greet the Overlord before becoming non-functional was Ravage slowly stalking over towards Megatron.

With Tarn and Vos nothing more than memories as two photon missiles destroyed them both, Megatron was able to gather Shockwave and Starscream, along with the surviving Autobots. The survivors of Vos and Tarn were convinced that Iacon was responsible for the war and the destruction of the two city states. With Megatron's ranks swollen, and the stockpiles of weapons reaching satisfactory levels they were no longer Autobots, but Decepticons. For the time being the Decepticons allowed for themselves to remain quiet, until the time was just right.

The Decepticons remained at peace with the Autobots, allowing for their technology to grow and for their strength to rise. The Decepticons would use their technology to transform themselves into weapons of war, and soon global warfare had begun. One-by-One the Autobot strongholds were falling. With the Decepticons planning the war far to well numbers and numbers of Autobots fell. Among the ashes and a war that was soon favoring the Decepticons, the Iaconian champion Optimus Prime took the mantel of leadership. With this new leadership the Autobots began to slowly push the Decepticons back, but still it was at naught. Cities would switch affiliations quickly through one thousand years of war...

History -- Earth.

Earth in the year 1984 has met with it's first real alien encounter.

The Transformers sentient beings from the planet Cybertron crash landed on Earth, four million years. The Ark the vessel of a peaceful group of Freedom Fighters the Autobots, lead by Optimus Prime. The Ark's true mission was to clear a path through an asteroid belt that threatened the planet under orders from the Autobot Elders.

The Ark crashed landed as a result of Megatron the Leader of the Decepticons leading a successful boarding mission. Only Shockwave remained behind with his own agenda to play out. As the battle raged on inside the Ark, Optimus Prime knew that with his troops drained, and that they risked the knowledge the Ark held getting into the hands of Megatron. Optimus Prime set a course for the Ark, a primitive Earth. As a result the Ark crashed inside a volcano that would later be called MT .St. Hillary.

After the Ark disappeared, Shockwave himself went to investigate the situation that has befallen the Ark. The Van Allen Belt, a belt of radiation that wraps itself around disoriented the Military Operations Commander who soon found himself on an island not far off of present day Antarctica. A tropical climate before the land mass was covered in tons of ice. The Ark still barely functional was able to detect Shockwave from another world away, with the threat registered, and fossils found inside of the volcanic rocks a group of Autobots designated as the Dinobots were sent to find and deal with Shockwave.

The Ark sent a probe along with the Dinobots to investigate the events, but Shockwave became aware of the probe's presence. With power jamming waves he cut the transmission from the probe to the Ark. During the heated battle Shockwave was sealed in a tomb of iron ore, but he still would have the final strike. The Dinobots too would find themselves in an ebony tomb of tar. Over the millions of years both Dinobots and Shockwave deactivated themselves leaving only their vital systems functioning.

In the year 1984 the dormant Mt. St. Hillary, just outside of Portland, Oregon blew her top. The explosion awoke the dormant Ark, and a drone without the prejudice towards the parties inside went to see to what the dominant life forms were most evident. Mechanical life was found all over Earth, and the drone saw that as the dominant life form of Earth. The Decepticons were the first to be reactivated, and soon they retreated from the mountain before the Autobots would come to their senses.

Megatron began to plan the construction of a new fortification out of the nearly finished Harrison Nuclear Power Plant, a base manufactured from the most advanced nuclear power plant yet to be built on Earth. A successful raid allowed for the Decepticons to quickly mold this human achievement into their fortress. Meanwhile inside the Ark, Ratchet had discovered something inside of the Ark's database. Information concerning Shockwave and the Dinobot's presence. He would make a mistake of sending a probe to the Antarctic region that now is covered with layers of snow and ore.

During this time the Autobots would meet their first human allies, Buster Witwicky an energetic teenager who was rescued from a Decepticon attack on a drive-in by the Autobot Bumblebee. Soon to follow hesitantly would be Buster's father a master mechanic in Portland Sparkplug.

Sparkplug's mechanical knowledge would help the Autobots gain a boost of energy, but this knowledge did not fall far from a lurking Ravage. The Decepticons would want the formal that he gave the Autobots for their own gain in the war. Sparkplug was kidnapped by Starscream and brought to the Decepticon Fortress. There Sparkplug would begin to work on a fuel that would end up being a key to the Decepticon defeat that would soon come. A rescue mission pitched in by Gears would soon have Sparkplug rescued but it nearly coasted Gear's his own life. During a heated argument after the Autobots learned Sparkplug gave his formula to the Autobots, Buster's father suffered a minor heart attack. Ratchet and Buster would leave the Ark to transport Sparkplug to a near-by hospital. Huffer was among the other Autobots who knew of Shockwave's location, but little did they know the probe had awaken the sleeping titan.

And now with the Decepticons fully refueled, the Autobots would be forced to sacrifice some of their numbers to better fuel others for what could very well be their final fight. The Decpeticons mounted an attack on the Ark, and just as the Decepticons were about to claim victory the tampered fuel of Sparkplug's sent Megatron's mighty army to their knees. Just as Optimus Prime was about to declare victory, Shockwave arrived, and decimated the weakened Autobots without much problem. The Ark and all of the Autobots except Ratchet and the Dinobots would be captured.

A new order for the Decepticons began at once with Shockwave taking Command of the Decepticons from a weakened Megatron. With the Ark as a new base of operations the Decepticons had hung the defeated Autobots like racks of meat from the ceiling of their own ship. The only one spared was Optimus Prime, headless, but he served a much larger purpose. Shockwave began to make a copy of the Creation Matrix, and this copy would soon be of importance in the future. Shockwave soon became aware of a super oil rig that was constructed by oil tycoon G.B Blackrock and his associate, a young woman just out of high school Josie Beller. After making his claim of leadership from Megatron, Shockwave departed for the oil rig.

After Shockwave's arrival at the rig, the humans aboard attacked him, but with little effect. The rig was easily brought under Decepticon Control, but during Shockwave's assault Josie Beller was paralyzed by the electromagnetic feed back sent through the rig's computer system. This event would shatter her innocence, and the taking of Blackrock's Aerospace facility would continue to send this young woman into a spiral of revenge. After Shockwave, successfully succured the oil rig he would find himself confronted by a still damaged Megatron. A dual between the two occurred in a suburban town outside of Portland. Megatron's injuries from his frontal attack on the Ark were still too much, as he met with defeat by Shockwave. Megatron was fortunate to survive as Shockwave saw Megatron to be more useful to him alive.

Ratchet and Buster also had their own agenda. Buster was able to infiltrate the Ark, and he soon learned of the state of the Autobots. He found Optimus Prime, beheaded and on life support. Optimus Prime knew that it was the Creation Matrix that Shockwave wanted, and to make sure the sacred programming would not be fouled Prime entrusted Buster with the powerful program.

During her stay in the hospital Josie placed together a suit that would manipulate the paralyzed muscles on her left side. While Shockwave was overseeing the reconstruction of the oil rig he had recently secured. Ratchet then made his own trek into the Ark, and there he found Megatron. He struck a deal with the Decepticon Commander, to get back The Ark and his fellow Autobots. A deal that would get Megatron his command back, and Ratchet the Autobots. Ratchet would soon set out to find the Dinobots at the other end of the world. Ratchet did find the Dinobots, but their personality cores were damaged due to the time they spent inoperative. Ratchet and the Dinobots would return to the Ark. Shockwave had departed with the head of Optimus Prime to the Aerospace plant. Megatron did not uphold his part of the deal, and again he would meet with defeat at the hands of Ratchet. There Megatron would be presumed lost. The Dinobots as well struck out on their own, and were unable to be found by Ratchet. That was the least of his worries as he begun the task of rebuilding those that he could. Among the files he found in the Ark's database was the backup copy of the Creation Matrix. He made a back-up, and deleted what was left inside of the Ark for security reasons.

Soon Josie would be released from the hospital, and her invention was completed. She was now bent out on revenge, no Cybertronian was different. All of them were on the same side, to destroy human kind. The Autobots are low in resources, and they would become aware of Blackrock as he threatens the Cybertronian populace on Earth with a new Anti-Robot weapon. Jazz and Wheeljack under the orders of Prowl would go and see about forging an alliance with the human billionaire. Jazz would succeed in explaining the two sides to Blackrock, but during the display Josie arrived under the name of Circuit Breaker. The Decpeticons were also aware of the weapon Blackrock planned on using. Josie would show off her own powers by defeating both Wheeljack and Jazz. Starscream and Frenzy would also meet with her venom. Blackrock tried to get his former employee to join on the forces of good, but failed as she walked off with her own agenda.

Back at the Aerospace facilities, and with help from the plants worker's Shockwave was hard at work on the next generation of Cybertronians. The Constructicons and Jetfire. The Constructicons would be the first to be infused with life by the Creation Matrix. The Constructicons were truly a first path for the next generation, for Shockwave programmed in them the ability to merge into a gestalt. The minds of the six could function as one. Shockwave unlike the Autobots knew that Cybertron still existed, and he sent Soundwave with the instructions to construct a deep space communications array along with the newly built Constructicons. The Autobots would interfere, but the Constructicons would merge into the first combiner group, 'Devestator'. While Devestator still had flaws that needed to be improved, Soundwave, was still able to get a message across to Cybertron before connections between him and the Deep Space array were downed. It would be a few months until the Decepticons and Autobots of Cybertron would learn that Optimus Prime and Megatron's crews still lived.

Jetfire's birth was difficult as the last of the energies from Optimus Prime's Creation Matrix have been drained. But Shockwave still was working on ways to exploit the copy that he had. Shockwave soon learned of the location of the real Matrix. The human Buster became his target. With the use of the copy he sent a programmed Jetfire and Laserbeak to capture Buster. Buster would not be alone as Bumblebee and Bluestreak would be with him, but his would-be saviors barely managed to save him from his attackers. Buster would have the upper hand, and he used the Matrix to pull apart Jetfire. Bumblebee explained to Buster, that he could put Jetfire back together, and even given him life if he wished. Buster was hesitant, and did not wish to disappoint his father. But he would agree to help the Autobots with getting Optimus Prime back. Buster was not aware of the strength of Shockwave's programming, and enroute to the Aerospace plant. Buster was knocked out by the aerial maneuvers performed by Jetfire, and he was taken back to the plant. There Buster was readied to have the Matrix extract from his head. Shockwave had found out the Autobots had a tapping device in terms of a phone, but he used this to his advantage by using false information. He used Jetfire to take a false head with the same programming used on the unliving jet, to do his own bidding. The head was flown to the location of where the Autobot convoy was awaiting Buster and the real head of Optimus Prime. The Autobots took this bait, and would soon find out that things were not what they appeared to be. With the false head attached to Optimus Prime's body he begun to fire on the unsuspecting Autobots. Severely damaging a large number of them, and sending them into a Decepticon ambush that would reduce even more of their numbers. Back in the plant, Buster awoke to find Jetfire was about to dispose of the real head of Optimus Prime. With the use of the Creation Matrix he took control again of Jetfire, and used the eliminate of surpass to have Jetfire punch Shockwave. Shockwave was disoriented, and Jetfire fled with Prime's true head. Shockwave had reoriented himself, and soon flew off to battle Optimus Prime. Shockwave still fighting the effects from the unexpected punch was defeated, and tossed into a murky swamp by the real Optimus Prime. Buster was freed by the workers of the plant, and the Autobots returned to the Ark unware that Megatron would soon resurface.

In a mine in Wyoming Megatron would make his presence known to the world once again. With the coal in the mine unfit for digestion, Megatron came to a grinding halt. The United States Government was concerned with the possibilities of widespread panic by the populace at large especially after Shockwave had attacked a crowed concert arena, and the other events surrounding the Transformers. The Government hired a young man by the name of Donald Finkleburgh to help soothe the public in believing the Cybertronians were a foreign act of terrorism from abroad. A Decepticon raid took place again, this time Soundwave planned to attempt to bring both Shockwave and Megatron together as one. The Government took advantage of an off-line Megatron, and had Finkleburgh perform a few propaganda acts as 'Robot Master'. Soundwave became aware of Megatron's location, and flew there to refuel his starved Commander. Soundwave along with Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, and Ravage attacked the military forces the Autobots arrived to assist the humans. The Robot Master plot of the government's did work too well as the humans also began attacking their saviors as well. The Autobots retreated, and they would not attack the humans despite they attempted to save the natives of the planet they try so hard to save. Soundwave is able to get Megatron refueled, and back on-line. Megatron was highly insulted by the thought of a human trying to control him. Just as Megatron was about to smash Finkleburgh under foot, Soundwave saw how effective the human got his own kind to attack the Autobots. Megatron spared Finkleburgh, and would allow this act to continue. Megatron remained in the mine shaft until his strength was rebuilt.

Meanwhile, back on Cybertron Shrapnel had just intercepted the message sent to them a few months ago by Soundwave. But Shrapnel was not the only one to hear this message, Scournge under the command of Impactor the leader of a force known as the Wreckers. Decepticon Warlord, Straxus was given this message. But it did not come without it's interruptions. Scournge was captured during his infilitration of Polyhex, and of course his smelting pits damaged by a raid lead by Blaster. The Decepticons would soon have their technological marvel the Spacebridge completed out of a being known as Spanner. Truly a gruesome sight, and the spacebridge was with it's problems as it would cause those who were sent through to be destroyed. Back on Earth Shockwave and Megatron would again meet, and this time there would be no clashes as Soundwave gets them to divert their attention to the events on Cybertron. A dual leadership is agreed upon. Back to Cybertron, Blaster along with a few other Autobots make a move to destroy the spacebridge. They succeed not only in severe damage to the bridge, but the death of Straxus as well. The Autobots along with six other Decepticons were sent through the spacebridge. The Autobots being, Blaster, Perceptor, Cosmos, Warpath, Seaspray, Beachcomber, and Powerglide. The Decepticons who followed being, Ramjet, Dirge, Thrust, Shrapnel, Bombshell, and Kickback. The Autobots met with a less than pleasant fate than the Decepticon as Circuit Breaker showed up and attacked them with assistance from the CIA's latest unit.

Megatron and Shockwave would remain sedated with their leadership roles, but Shockwave began to plot the plight of Megatron once more. This time he would wait for a more opportune moment. Megatron's leadership again proves faulty as he leads an attack on the Ark, but little did he know the Autobots had with them a Guardian from the early days of Great War, Omega Supreme. Megatron still showed no fear in front of this towering titan, and he lost a great number of his own men. Shockwave and Soundwave remained behind along with the Constructicons. But soon the Autobots sent in a strike force at their mine base, and with the merging of Devestator they were able to get the information they required. Once the Autobots succeeded in their mission, they fell back. Megatron also returned with many of his forces captured by the Autobots, Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, and Buzzsaw would be put to rest in an Autobot stasis prison. The Decepticons and Autobots would begin to construct new combiner units the Aerialbots and the Stunticons.

The Aerialbots were the Autobots first attempt at the gestalt process, and a successful one. With the use of the Creation Matrix the Aerialbots were able to stop a Decepticon drilling operation from destroying Hoover Dam and sending the energy from the dam to Cybertron. The Stunticons were a more successful Decepticon gestalt unit, they were given life by siphoning the life giving forces of the Creation Matrix during the construction of the Aerialbots thanks to a cerebral cell implanted into Optimus Prime. The Stunticons would prove to be a great match for the Aerialbots, and would defeat them while on the hunt for the now missing Robot Master. A swift defeat to Superion, and a victory for Menasor proved that another gestalt team would be needed. The Protectobots were designed to aid the Autobot and human relationship that still is in need of improvement. The Decepticons would create a Special Operations unit the Combaticons. The two teams would soon get their test on a virtual battlefield.

Megatron was alerted by Shockwave of a human invention a hydrothermocline by technological genius Ethan Zachary. But Shockwave had something more on his mind, and he now knew where he could be sure of Megatron's defeat. By having Optimus Prime defeated by the hands of a human. With Megatron righteous enough to accept the challenge, with Optimus Prime and his Protectobots and Megatron with the Combaticons. Ethan was interested in seeing how the minds of the Cybertronians would work. The Protectobots defeated the Combaticons by using help of the game's inhabitants to their advantage. Optimus Prime would of claimed victory, but Megatron found away to make sure he was not the one destroyed. Megatron located a way to cheat, and he did so. But still he was defeated, but Optimus Prime sacrificed himself due to life in the game being destroyed at his own peril. With a press of a button Optimus Prime was defeated, and it would not leave the Decepticons with the same leader they had before. Plan one of Shockwave's has succeeded..Back at the base Megatron was clearly enraged, with the Predacons on Cybertron contacted Shockwave reasoned with Megatron that Optimus Prime could be alive. This was another scheme of Shockwave's, and this time Megatron's troops did not see Megatron as mentally fit. Shockwave would create the ultimate gestalt team with the use of his very own personality programmed into the Predacon monster 'Predaking'. Megatron was severely damaged by the assault, but with the Predacons soon defeated Megatron learned of Shockwave's plan. Just as Shockwave was about to be destroyed, he pointed out who controlled the Predacons and their gestalt. This information finally drove Megatron to arms of madness. He stood on the spacebridge, and in a fit of rage he destroyed himself. Shockwave once again has regained control over the Decepticon forces of Earth, and begun the construction of an island base in the Caribbean.
